With high-end finishes throughout all three levels, The Jackson superyacht can host up to 500 delegates standing across the entire vessel. The bespoke creative catering focuses on local seafood and beef paired with Australian wines, while the moving views of Sydney from the water are second to none.
Sydney Tower Eye
The Sydney Tower Eye has three newly refurbished dining venues. The revolving restaurants include Infinity (previously 360 Bar and Dining), and SkyFeast (previously Sydney Tower Buffet) offering 360-degree views of the harbour city. SkyFeast offers an unlimited dining menu in 1.5-hour sittings. Bar 83, Sydney’s highest sky-bar, offers a 260-degree view of Sydney. Enjoy the 360-degree views from the indoor Observation Deck or Skywalk - Sydney’s highest outdoor adventure.
Cocktails at Shell House
Spread over three levels of a historically significant building in central Sydney. There is some serious fine dining talent behind its four-venue offering comprising Sky Bar, Clocktower Bar, the Dining Room and Terrace and the Menzies Bar. Each of the four offerings at Shell House can be hired exclusively for events of up to 200 cocktail-style. The level 9 and 10 venues can be hired privately for up to 350 people or all three levels can host 600 cocktail-style exclusively.

Located between Park Hyatt Sydney and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at The Rocks, our flagship venue is housed in the historic Campbell’s Stores. After an extensive restoration, Watersedge is Sydney’s most dynamic and collaborative event space.
